We correct your business information everywhere it’s wrong — Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, Facebook, the booking sites, the directories you’ve never heard of — in one or two sittings, with you in the room. You approve every change. We do everything else.
Finding out your address is wrong in eleven places is the easy part. Fixing it is where people quit.
Every listing has to be claimed before it can be corrected, and claiming means proving you’re the owner. That’s a different login for every site, a verification code sent to a different place, and a few that mail you a physical postcard and make you wait. It’s four hours of tedium spread across two weeks, and there’s no way to batch it — which is exactly why most owners get through Google, feel good, and never touch the other ten.
So the wrong address stays up. And it keeps sending people to a building you left.
You’ll be there the whole time, because you have to be — nobody can log in as you, and nobody should. But that’s the only part you do. We find every listing, open the right page, fill in every field from one correct record, and tell you exactly when to click. You never type your address again. You never go hunting for where Yelp hid the edit button.
Here’s what each one looks like:
Then you sign in. You enter the code Apple texts you. You hit submit. We confirm the change actually went live — not that the form submitted, that the listing shows it — and we move to the next one.
Three things we never do: see your passwords, enter your verification codes, or submit anything before you say go. Those are yours, permanently. Our job is to remove everything around them.
Most businesses are done in one sitting of about ninety minutes, plus a short second session for anything that verifies by mail. For comparison: one customer who drives to your old address and gives up is worth more than this to most local businesses. The listings stay fixed.
Honest answer: the sitting is short, the waiting isn’t always.
Most surfaces are corrected and live the same day. But some verify by mailed postcard — Apple and Google both do this — and that takes as long as mail takes. We start those first so the clock runs while we do everything else, and we finish them the day the card arrives. It’s usually a two-minute session.
Aggregators also push changes downstream on their own schedule, so a few small directories update over the following days or weeks. We’ll tell you which ones those are so you’re not refreshing and worrying.
Nothing about this is fast because of a shortcut. It’s fast because we’re not figuring out where to click.
If your listings are already consistent, you don’t need this. Take the free Presence Audit first — it will tell you plainly, and if it comes back clean we’d rather you kept your money.
If you want it done for you with no involvement — that isn’t possible. Every platform requires the owner to verify. Anyone who says otherwise is either doing something against the platform’s terms or not actually claiming the listings.
Do you need my passwords?
No, and we won’t take them if offered. You sign in yourself on every site. We never see, store, or ask for a password or a verification code.
What if I don’t have access to my own Google listing?
Common — often a former employee or agency still holds it. There’s a recovery process, we’ll start it with you, and it takes some time. Worth knowing early rather than late.
Can you do it without me?
No. Every platform verifies the owner, and that’s a good thing — it’s what stops someone else from editing your listing. We compress everything around those moments; we can’t remove them.
What if something goes wrong later?
Listings drift on their own. The 30-day re-check catches most of it. If you want it watched continuously, ask about Presence Watch — a monthly re-scan with alerts when something slips.
Do I need the paid audit first?
No. The free Presence Audit is enough to know whether you need this.
How do I know I actually need this before I pay?
Take the free Presence Audit first. It shows you every listing that disagrees, with a link to each one, and it costs nothing. If it comes back clean, don’t buy this — you don’t need it. We’d rather you kept your money and told someone we were straight with you.
Refunds?
All sales are final. This is booked time, not a download — once the session is scheduled it’s reserved for you. That’s exactly why the audit is free: you get to see the actual problem, in detail, before you spend anything.
Pick your time and pay in one step. Ninety minutes, mostly you watching.
Bring your phone — that’s where the codes go.
